Mystery Bird

This page will host a photograph of a bird that has been sent in to Audubon SC for identification. It may be a bird in an unusual pose or in non-breeding or unusual plumage. Immature birds can be a challenge. We will leave it up for a while to give a chance for web visitors to make a guess. When a new photo is posted, those who identified the previous bird and its name will be listed. Please send in photographs of birds you have that would pose a challenge to others. Include permission to use the image on our website. Please send to ashahid@audubon.org.
